Mortgage Breaker Accounts
Our Mortgage Breaker accounts^ - are offset account facility - that act just like an everyday transaction account, while at the same time it works to pay off your home loan faster.
A mortgage offset accounts helps you reduce the amount of your loan on which you are charged interest. It works by taking the balance in your offset account from the balance of your home loan, before interest is calculated each month. It's a simple way of saving money on your home loan.

Equity Access Account
If you are considering a Nurses First home loan with an offset account facility, then it is worth looking at our Equity Access account.
As a revolving line of credit, an Equity Access Account works as a transaction and loan account in one. It lets you do a whole lot more than simply pay off your loan. You can access the equity in your home at any time to have funds for any worthwhile purpose.
Convenient access is provided through Netlink, Phonelink, VISA, ATM's or over the counter withdrawals at Bank@Post locations. And most transactions on your Equity Access Account are fee free, no matter how many you make.
