I am getting a blank screen when I log on, why?
Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP 2) allows you to prevent most pop up windows from appearing over pages you want to view while you're using the Internet. However, this feature will prevent you from accessing Netlink online banking using the log on button. The following steps should help you to avoid this problem:
1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. On the Tools menu, point to Pop Up Blocker and click Pop Up Blocker Settings.
3. If you only want to see Pop Up windows from a specific address, such as Netlink online banking, type the address into the Address of Web site to allow box, and then click add. The address for Netlink online banking is https://netlink.pncs.com.au/806015V45n/ntv45.asp?wci=entry.
4. If you would like to temporarily allow a site to display pop-ups, click the icon that appears on your Information bar when a pop-up has been blocked and click Temporarily allow pop-ups.

To do this in Internet Explorer:
