There are a number of different travel insurance plans available, depending on where you are travelling and who you are travelling with, so you can choose a policy that best suits your needs.

Plan A+ Americas, Africa (Compulsory if more than 20% of your Journey is in the Americas and/or Africa) and locations covered by Plans A, B, C and Domestic
Plan A UK, Europe, Japan, Hong Kong, China, The Middle East or Indian Sub-Continent and locations covered by Plans B, C and Domestic#
Plan B South East Asia and locations covered by Plans C and Domestic#
Plan C New Zealand, Indonesia or South West Pacific and locations covered by the Domestic Plan#
Domestic Australia Only

# Covered locations include the Americas and Africa if less than 20% of your journey occurs in the Americas and/or Africa.

MemberCare Travel Insurance includes a 24 hour emargency referral service called ACE Assistance. In the event of an overseas medical or similar emergency, you can simply make a reverse charge call for assistance locating the closest medical help where you are - anywhere in the world.

Making a claim

We understand how important it is to receive a fast, personal response to your claims. That’s why we have made the claims process as simple and stress-free as possible.
